Absolute stunner of a white cotton lawn dress, she is so pretty in spotty gauzy cotton with lace banding around the bottom and neck, with a square yoke and really lovely netting within that.
This Edwardian style cotton lawn dress, apart from being tiny, is interesting because on the outer you would surmise it to be an original antique Edwardian gauzy lawn dress, but it has a bri nylon underskirt sewn in with a designer label. I did ponder if the lining skirt had been sewn in later as there are strands of unstitches on it which have nothing to do with the outer. I debated whether to leave it as is or remove the lining, so I left it for the new owner so you can have that choice.
- Ribbon tie neck closure at the back and a single button.
